- The testes contains Leydig cells which produce testosterone, which then stimulate APG to secrete FSH and LH directing seminiferous tubules to produce spermatozoa.
- From testes, sperm travels to epididymis, then to seminal vesicle where its fructose and protein content is derived. From seminal vesicle it swims towards ejaculatory duct and urethra ( about 8 inches ) and out. The cowper's gland proximal to urethra secretes alkaline fluid for the sperms.
