PARITY

• Nulligravida - client is not and never has been pregnant.
• Primigravida - client is or has been pregnant; irrespective of pregnancy outcome.
• Nullipara - client has never completed a pregnancy beyond the age of viability (>20 weeks) may or may not have aborted.
• Primipara - client hass completed one pregnancy eyond the age of viability ( >500g, dead or alive).
• Multipara - client has completed two or more pregnancies.
